Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a refund.

We are confident in The Wine Drops®. If you are not satisfied with your experience, we will make it right.

Returns – The Wine Drops® & TWDC Artisan Infusion

If you have ordered one bottle of The Wine Drops® or one box of TWDC Artisan Infusion, you do not need to return the opened product. Simply contact us and we will process your refund.

If you have ordered two or more bottles/boxes, we will ask that any remaining unopened units be returned. For example, if you ordered three and wish to request a refund, you will only be required to return the two unused units.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Returning unopened products

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your unopened items.

Return shipping costs may apply unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@thewinedrops.co.za.

Refunds are limited to one per customer unless otherwise agreed.  
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

 

International Orders

This refund policy applies to orders delivered within South Africa.

For international orders, including those shipped to the European Union and other regions, local consumer protection laws and retailer/platform policies may apply.

Where products are purchased through authorised distributors, retail partners, or third-party platforms (including Amazon), the applicable return and refund policies of those partners will apply.

For direct international orders, return eligibility, shipping costs, and refund terms may vary and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
