Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving The Wine Drops Products to request a return. In the extremely unlikely event The Wine Drops can’t help you achieve results, we’ll give you a full refund.
Returns for The Wine Drops &TWDC Artisan Infusion:
If you’ve ordered one bottle of The Wine Drops or one box of the TWDC Artisan Infusion, we won't ask you to return the opened bottle/box. All you'll need to do is contact us, and we'll refund you every cent.
If you order two or more bottles of The Wine Drops & TWDC Artisan Infusion, we will only ask you to return the remaining unopened bottles/boxes. As an example, if you order 3, and you want a refund, we'll only ask you to return your two unused bottles/boxes.

Refunds
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@thewinedrops.co.za for us to investigate.
